Ingredients

Scale

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup canned tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a sheet pan.

2. Mix self-rising flour, yogurt, and olive oil until dough forms.

3. Knead briefly and press dough into prepared pan.

4. In a saucepan, simmer tomato sauce, sugar, garlic, onion powder, oregano, and salt for 10 minutes.

5. Spread sauce evenly over the dough.

6. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar.

7. Bake 18–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

8. Cool slightly, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Freeze slices with parchment paper between layers in a freezer-safe bag.

Reheat in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes for best texture.
